Campfire Audio earphones come with a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy that begins on the date of delivery. Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or a refund. Returned items must be received in new condition with all accessories, including the cable and case, to receive a full refund.

• Custom-Fit IEMs are not eligible for returns.
• Modulate custom ear tips are final sale. If your tips need a refit, contact support@campfireaudio.mom within 60 days of receipt.
• Ear tips can only be returned unopened, in their original sealed packaging.

Purchasers that opted in for Checkout+ will have free returns. Purchasers that opted out are responsible for all return shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged. We accept international returns, but international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are not included in the refund amount.

IEMs returned in less than new condition, missing accessories, and/or unoriginal packaging may be assessed a restocking fee. You will be contacted prior to any fee assessment for a returned product. Unopened items that are returned will not be assessed a restocking fee.

If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for a return, Campfire Audio reserves the right to refuse the return.
